Naturally Grown Vegetables

Between November and May we offer fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit grown on the farm. We pick at the peak of ripeness to ensure a savory and flavorful taste. This is a list of some of the produce we grow: Arugula, Leaf Lettuce, Curley Kale, Dinosaur Kale, Collards, Swiss Chard, Micro Greens, Micro Pea Shoots, Red Beets, Squash Blossoms, Sweet Carmen Peppers, Baby Zucchini, Cucumbers, Fresh Texas Cream Field Peas, Tomatoes & Farm Fresh Flowers.

Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef

Our local beef is consciously raised and bursting with natural flavor. Our animals graze on verdant green pastures and are never given hormones or antibiotics. Beef at Birdie Hogan is healthy and delicious, dry-aged, vacuumed-sealed and flash-frozen, and USDA inspected. Grassfed beef is lower in saturated and total fat, higher in Omega-3's and beta-carotene than grain-fed beef.
